The HMS Bounty will be visiting Captain's Cove Seaport in Bridgeport CT for a weekend of fun and tours.

The HMS Bounty is one of the most famous ships hi the world. Known for the storied mutiny that took place hi Tahiti hi 1789 on board the British transport vessel, the current Bounty, a replica, has survived to tell the tale. Built for the 1962 movie "Mutiny on the Bounty" with Marlon Brando, HMS Bounty sails the country offering dockside tours in which one can learn about the history and details of such sailing vessels from a lost and romanticized tune in maritime history. Since her debut hi "Mutiny on the Bounty", HMS Bounty has appeared hi many feature films and documentaries such as the Edinburgh Trader hi Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Mans Chest with Johnny Depp.

HMS Bounty will be docked at Captain's Cove Seaport in Bridgeport CT. The ship will arrive on the evening of Thursday May 13^th and stay through Sunday May 16,2010. During her stay she will be open for tours on Friday Saturday and Sunday, May 14^th -May 16^th from 10am - 5pm. Tour prices will be $10 per adult, and $5 per children. All tour proceeds go to the continued support of the ship.
